We were suppose to have hockey practice tonight and gymnastics, but Nicholas hurt his tailbone/back pretty bad yesterday when trying to climb over a baby gate that I have between the living room and kitchen, I usually have it fastened strong, but for a couple min. I had it just laying across, he thought it was up, took a run and jump and fell right on his back... I know it must have hurt... Michlyn is laying in the chair with sad droopy eyes, she has a temp of 101.2 so Rick ran and got some chicken noodle soup for Mike, Deli chicken for us, Banana split ingredients for bedtime treat and I am hoping a movie for him and I.. we are gonna just stay in tonight... I feel guilty sometimes for doing that, but part of me thinks I shouldn't... we need some family time too.. we are always so busy running from one place to another.. so we'll make a good night.
Got some sad news, I didn't get the job at the nursing home.. kinda expected I wouldn't, you need your Nurses Assistance Cert. It's good to know, since I know eventually what I would like to do, why not get that under my belt?? Here I thought since I had such a strong desire to work with older people that this was sign that hey Heidi, apply... but then again maybe all along I was suppose to apply but get turned down because of the nurse thing on purpose so that is something I could work towards now while being exactly where I am suppose to be right now.. home with my kids putting all my energy into that... Yep, God has perfect timing.. He has it all figured out... I just gotta fit the pieces together...
Anyway - Nicholas has a game in St. Paul tomorrow, I sure hope his little butt is feeling better.. I am gonna stay home with the girls maybe I will get up in my room and get laundry put away! what a mess.

Thanks Tell Brooke and Mike we love them also. The video was very clear also. Sure hope Nick is better for his tourney's I know that can really hurt!.
